How do I return my Mitte Home device?

To return your device, please fill out a return request here and choose your reason and the product you would like to return.

To prepare your device for return shipment please follow the below steps:

• Unplug the Mitte Home device from power. 
• Remove the bottle from your Mitte Home. 
• Remove the Mitte CO₂ cylinder.
• Remove the Mitte cartridge and hold it with the top facing down over a sink to allow any excess water to expel. Please close the Mitte Home Cartridge with its original lid. If you do not have it anymore, please put it in a plastic bag.
• Allow the Mitte Home device to sit unplugged for 20-30 minutes before placing it carefully in the original box. 
• Place the Mitte Home Cartridge, the Mitte CO₂ cylinder and the Mitte Bottle alongside the device in the box. 
• Tape the box shut and fix the return shipping label, which you received via email.
• Drop the box off at your local DHL service point.
