If your Mitte Home Cartridge is inserted, but the cartridge notification shows a steady orange light, the cartridge is incorrectly inserted or not inserted at all. Please remove and reinstall the cartridge following the steps in our "How do I insert the Mitte Home Cartridge?" article.
If your cartridge is still not registering as being installed we recommend power cycling your Mitte Home device by disconnecting from the power supply and then reconnecting before installing your cartridge again.
