If all notification lights on your device show a slow white pulse then there is no need for action. This could be either of the following cases:
- Just after initiating a device reset: it indicates positive feedback that the reset is ongoing.
- When the device firmware is being updated.
If all notification lights on your device show a fast white pulse this indicates a general error. If this occurs please power cycle the device by removing it from power and then reconnecting it.
