device will not dispense water:
- Check the control panel for notification lights indicating what could be blocking the dispense such as no water in the water tank or empty Mitte Home Cartridge or Cylinder. Please see our Notifications overview for full details of notifications.
- Ensure that the dispense head is hinged down.
- Check if you have made a water selection.
- There might be some built-up pressure in the cartridge. Please unscrew and screw the cartridge back in, then check if the dispense head or cartridge port is still hinged.
- Try power-cycling the device as a last measure, by removing it from power and then reconnecting it.
