Does the water tank need to be filled up to the fill line before a dispense?

If you want to have carbonated water then the water tank needs to be filled at least up to the minimum fill line. The water in the bottle needs to amount to 860 ml to ensure the nozzle on the dispense head is partially submerged and to guarantee an effective carbonation process.
