If the device loses WiFi connection the WiFi notification light will show a fast orange pulse. Users of the Mitte app will also receive a notification on their smartphones.
Mitte Home is designed to auto-reconnect, but in some cases, this is not possible. If your device does not auto-reconnect:
- Confirm that your network is working correctly using another connected device eg. Smartphone
- Power cycle the Mitte Home device by disconnecting it from power and then reconnecting it
- Complete a clean installation of the Mitte app
