Using the app:
We recommend that connected Beta testers use our Smart Refills feature to get new consumables. If you have not set up your Smart Refills, please do so via the Mitte app. For full step-by-step details please see our Smart Refills Setup article.
When using Smart Refills, the Mitte app will instantly notify you via email once either your Mitte Home cartridge or CO2 cylinder is low and in need of replacement. An order for consumables will be automatically triggered and ready to ship directly to you. Simply confirm this order and you will receive your new consumables within a couple of days.
The status of your order can be tracked in the Cartridge & CO2 tab of your Mitte app.
Not using the app:
Please take note of the notification lights on your Mitte Home control panel which will indicate when the Mitte Home Cartridge or Mitte Home Cylinder is running low or is empty. For full details please see our Notifications Overview article.
Please contact Mitte Customer Success via our online request form for all offline Mitte Home Cartridge and Mitte Home Cylinder orders and we will arrange replacements to be shipped directly to you.
