What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?

If you are unavaialble when delivery to your selected address is attempted, your shipment will be left with a neighbour when possible or at your local DHL pick up point. Please be sure to pick up your shipment in a timely manner to avoid the shipment being returned to Mitte.
