To re-set your Mitte account password, please follow the steps below:
- Open your Mitte app and click on “Log in” (or go on https://mitte.co/account/login)
- Enter your email address, then click “Forgot your password?” (leaving the password field blank).
- Confirm the message to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Open the email and click on the link ONCE, otherwise it will become invalid.
- If the link does not work, please request another email link and make sure you only use the most recent link. It is valid for one hour.
- Once the page opens, enter your email address and the new password.
- Click on “Save changes” once. Please wait until “Success!” is displayed. Clicking “Save changes” multiple times will lead to the error message “Invalid Code”.
Please note that you can only receive the email if you have confirmed your address with the confirmation email during the initial creation of your account. The link in the email is only valid for one click and 60 minutes. Afterwards you would need to request a new password reset email. Also don't refresh the website that clicking the link will sent you to.
