Customers can cancel their Mitte Water Subscription anytime within the first 30 days no questions asked.
After the trial 30 day trial period ends, customers agree to the following minimum contract period, depending on the selected subscription package.
S - 12 months
M - 9 months
L - 6 months
Business - 12 months
Customers are required to provide at least 30-days notice to cancel their subscription with no remaining contractual obligations.
To request the cancellation of your Mitte Water Subscription, please fill out this form or contact our Customer Success team at support@mitte.co, and we will be happy to assist you.
Pease note: When you cancel your Mitte Water Subscription, we will provide you with a free return shipment label for the return of the Mitte Home device. The device should be returned within 14 days from issuing of the return label.
