The CO₂ cylinder has come unscrewed, what should I do?

Please check if the CO₂ cylinder has been correctly inserted following the steps in our How do I insert the CO₂ cylinder? article. Be sure to turn the cylinder as far as possible to ensure the insertion is complete.
